Saucony Peregrine 15 Launch

Havas Media · Aug 2025
Affiliate Marketing Executive · Saucony account

As the account exec for Saucony, I owned the affiliate side of launching their new Peregrine 15, getting publishers and customers aware of the release and securing the placements to drive it.

I gathered all the product copy and matched it with the right imagery so everything was launch-ready. In Partnerize I pulled the best-performing publishers of the previous 30 days, the ones converting our products most, so we targeted placements that would deliver, then built and sent newsletters briefing every publisher on the release and its CPAs. From there I negotiated directly with the top publishers, going back and forth on prices and bundles, often several at once, and compiled the options into Excel for my managers to review and pick before we took them to the client for approval.

Outcome On the affiliate channel the product converted 120+ times on day one, climbing to over 550 conversions by the end of the week.

Merrell × The Sole Supplier

Havas Media · 2025
Affiliate Marketing Executive · delivery team

Part of the Havas team delivering a headline partnership between Merrell and The Sole Supplier, a footwear publisher with millions of monthly users, promoting products including the Merrell Speed Arc.

Building on the same affiliate playbook I ran for the Saucony launch, I contributed to the execution: product copy and imagery, briefing the publisher, and coordinating the placements and tenancies that carried the campaign across the affiliate channel. The campaign's strength was making a heritage brand feel native to a younger audience through authentic creator and on-foot moments.

Outcome The campaign drove 3.5M+ impressions and 50k+ clicks, and was recognised publicly by both The Sole Supplier's founder and my affiliate manager at Havas.

Fresh Outta Events

Norwich · 2023–2024
Founder & Event Director

Founded an events brand from nothing and grew it into a sold-out series of seven themed club, comedy and headline-DJ nights.

For the debut headline event I booked Swarmz's official DJ down from London, which meant managing his contract and rider, sourcing a hotel near the venue and negotiating his £400 fee. I secured the venue by striking a deal with the owners of a club on Norwich's busiest clubbing street, landing the best location and visibility we could get. I ran the whole marketing push myself across Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, plus word of mouth, group chats and posters around Norwich and the UEA campuses. I set up the operational side end to end too: card readers and SumUp for payments, Fatsoma for ticketing, and every bit of kit we needed on the night.

Debut result Sold out. 300+ tickets and £1,100 revenue on a Thursday the club would normally be closed for, out-earning some of their busier nights, and the foundation of the partnership and series that followed.
Full series 7 events · up to 500–700 attendees at peak · ~400 tickets per event · 40% revenue growth from first event to last.

Canopy — building an AI ad-tech start-up

London · 2024
Business Development & Operations · founding-era team

Joined an early-stage AI-powered outdoor advertising start-up, the kind of technology that turns vehicles into data-driven digital billboards, as a founding-era team member while it grew from two people to six.

Because it was so early, I wore every hat. I helped build and launch the first company website and shot the brand's early product photography for the initial go-to-market. On growth, I sourced and supplied up to ~600 targeted senior marketing and advertising leads a day into the pipeline using ZoomInfo and Apollo, and ran in-person cold outreach to businesses. I also supported the practical side of scaling, sourcing office equipment and helping recruit as the team grew.

Outcome Helped take the company from a two-person operation to a functioning six-person team, with its first website, brand assets and a live sales pipeline.

StepStone PE Training Programme

StepStone Group · Mar 2025
Team member · investment assessment

A team-based programme simulating real private-equity work: assessing whether to invest in a Facility Management business.

Working from provided data and our own independent research, we evaluated the business's operational performance, market positioning and financial stability. I helped structure and deliver the final presentation, putting forward actionable recommendations in the style of real client reporting, a compressed, deadline-driven exercise that sharpened my research, critical thinking and decision-making under pressure.

Outcome Delivered a full investment recommendation to a client-style brief within tight time constraints.

About me

I'm an emerging project manager based in London, currently completing an accredited PRINCE2 and Agile traineeship. Before that I'd already been running real projects, launching events, delivering affiliate campaigns for brands like Saucony and Merrell, and helping build an AI ad-tech start-up from two people to six.

What ties it together is delivery: I like taking something from a rough idea to a finished result, keeping the people involved aligned and the details under control along the way. I'm comfortable with the tools modern teams run on, Power BI, Partnerize, HubSpot and the rest, and I'm looking for a project management role where I can keep doing this at a bigger scale.

Let's talk

If you're hiring for a project or delivery role and any of this looks relevant, I'd love to hear from you. Reach out and I'll send the CV version that fits the role.
